As the parent, you are your teens biggest role model. That's why I thought it was important to have a space for parents in this membership, so your child/teen can see you focused on your growth too!
This membership has coping skills, strategies and parent support from parents of children of all ages!
We have monthly video calls where we dig into the theme of the month and a discord community for community connections any day!
